This money is indeed scarce to find in people's daily transactions in Indonesia. However, according to BI statement, this money is still circulating and has not been withdrawn, which means that this money is still valid in any transaction in Indonesia.
BI in its official Twitter account also explained about the Rp200 coin with the picture of a starling bird published in 2003. According to BI, the coin was still valid.
