Rotation Of Three Provincial Government Officials, Ridwan Kamil: Get To Work, Solve Problems
JAKARTA - The Governor of West Java, Ridwan Kamil, took the oath of office of three high-ranking primary leaders in the West Java Provincial Government.
The three officials who were virtually inaugurated were I Gusti Agung Kim Fajar Wiyati Oka as Head of the Office for Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Family Planning (DP3AKB), Eni Rohyani as Regional Inspector, and Wahyu Wijaya as Head of the Leadership Administration Bureau.
Previously, the three regional apparatus organizations (OPD) were led by the executor of the task (plt).
The governor said that the rotations of ASN in the West Java Provincial Government were carried out according to need and urgency. The rotations are certain to continue until the end of 2021.
"So it's not surprising or special because this is part of the wheel of development that must continue to roll according to need and urgency," said Ridwan Kamil at the Pakuan Building, Bandung, as reported by Antara, Friday, August 6.
Kang Emil asked the three new officials to work immediately and quickly adapt to consolidation. Especially solving problems that are already in sight, namely the handling of COVID-19 in addition to other main tasks.
"Soon consolidation will not be too much adaptation, we will immediately work on solving problems in 2021 that are already in sight," he asked. Previously, the Governor had instructed that all regional apparatuses have duties such as the health office in addition to their main duties. OPDs are asked to contribute in handling COVID-19 and help people who are economically affected.
"Now in a pandemic situation, all of our main functions are directed at handling COVID-19 and of course increasing development values," he said.
Service to the community, he said, is one of the three values that are emphasized to every ASN. Two other values, namely, ASN is required to always maintain integrity and improve professionalism.
"I entrust three things as usual, maintain integrity, serve wholeheartedly and continue to develop professionalism so that West Java always wins in any field," he said.
Officials within the West Java Provincial Government in their work will now also be assessed by three parties. In addition to being supervised by superiors, their performance will also be assessed by equal colleagues and subordinates.
"So it cannot look good from the eyes of the leadership but must be good, fair, motivate, inspire the staff under him," said Ridwan Kamil.
