88Rising Collaborates With Kobalt Music Publisher
JAKARTA - The 88rising record label has collaborated with a music unicorn startup, Kobalt. This news was first published by Billboard which was then quoted by both parties.
This cooperation will cover all countries, except China. This includes copyright, synchronization, and exclusive rights for artists under 88rising, including Joji, Rich Brian, NIKI, and The Higher Brothers. However, AUGUST 08 is not included in it.
88rising was created by Sean Miyashiro in 2015. This label has successfully won the hearts of music lovers with Asian musicians. Two singers from Indonesia, Rich Brian and NIKI, have successfully gained international attention with their distinctive music. This evidence can also be seen from the Head in the Clouds festival held in the United States.

Meanwhile, Kobalt Music Group, a private company from the United States that has a copyright database of music producers, also manages royalties from all registered song usage for each commercial product that uses the song, such as movies, YouTube videos, or other works. .
Jamie Kinelski, as VP Creative Kobalt also cannot hide his enthusiasm with this collaboration. They also believe in the quality that 88rising has in its production system and its musicians.
