Meikarta Developer Owned By Conglomerate Mochtar Riady Implements Drive Thru Or Lantatur Credit Agreements, Prevents Transmission Of COVID-19
JAKARTA - A vertical residential developer in Bekasi Regency, West Java Meikarta implements a service scheme without descending (lantatur) or also known as 'drive thru' during the consumer unit credit contract process to prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
Meikarta Chief Marketing Officer Lilies Surjono said the implementation of this service was carried out for consumers while still paying attention to health protocols. Consumers do not need to get out of the vehicle when entering into a credit agreement with the developer belonging to the conglomerate Mochtar Riady and the bank before having a new residential unit.
"Consumers can make credit contracts with Bank Nobu on a drive thru, no need to get out of the car and without worry because Meikarta staff and Bank Nobu staff use PPE, keep their distance, without touching and with strict procedures," he said in Cikarang, quoted from Antara, Tuesday 3 August.
This lantatur facility, said Lilies, was held to answer the needs of consumer demand during the PPKM period who still wanted their dream form of residence through apartment ownership loans.
"Yes, during this PPKM period, the parties innovate, one of which is by presenting various programs. For our consumers, the drive thru program is one of them and is held at several points, including District 2 Meikarta and at Nobu Bank Plaza Semanggi," he said.
Head of Consumer & Micro Nobu Bank Juanita A. Luthan said this service was prepared to provide convenience for consumers who want to make a Meikarta apartment loan contract but are afraid to leave during this pandemic.
Juanita said that innovation can prevent direct contact between bank officers and consumers so that it is safe for consumers, property development partners, and staff.
"With this drive thru, it is hoped that consumers who want to ask questions about credit facilities for apartment ownership or sign credit agreements with the bank can directly be done here without having to get off the car and worry about being exposed," he said.
The 'Nobu Drive Thru' program has been started for Meikarta consumers since Thursday 29 July. Consumers in Jakarta can visit Bank Nobu Plaza Semanggi while customers in the Bekasi area can go directly to District 2 Meikarta.
This service is available every day with operating hours from Monday-Friday starting at 09.00-16.00 WIB while Saturday and Sunday will be served from 10.00-16.00 WIB.
