KPK Reveals Finding Documents For Disbursement Of Land Funds Up To Rp1.8 Trillion
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) revealed the findings of two different documents related to the disbursement of funds for the purchase of land in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta. From the document, it was revealed that there was a disbursement of funds for the purchase of land reaching Rp1.8 trillion.
"We have received quite a large amount, for example, the figure according to the APBD is Decree No. 405, the amount is Rp. 1.8 trillion. Then there is another Decision Letter 1648 from the Revised Regional Budget of Rp. 800 billion," said KPK Chairman Firli Bahuri in a press conference quoted Wednesday, August 3rd.
The two documents, he continued, showed that Perumda Sarana Jaya had received money. Thus, the KPK will explore the use of the money by examining witnesses and suspects in the alleged corruption in land acquisition.
"Well, all of that (later, red) will be explored," said Firli.
As previously reported, the anti-corruption commission has named four suspects in this case, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo, namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar. .
In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.
This case began when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, was looking for land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.
As a result of this case, the state lost up to Rp. 152.5 billion. The KPK suspects that the money from the alleged corruption was used to finance the personal needs of the suspects.
