KPK Investigate Facility Jaya Fund Disbursement To Pay Land In Munjul

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the disbursement of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya funds for land payments in Munjul, East Jakarta.

The KPK examines Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya employee Wahyu Hidayat as a witness for the suspect former Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles Pinontoan (YRC) in the investigation into the alleged corruption case of land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta YEAR 2019.

"It has been confirmed that it is related to the procedure for disbursing funds at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya which is intended for the payment of land located in Munjul," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri, quoted by Antara, Friday, July 30.

Besides Yoory, the KPK also named four other suspects, namely PT Adonara Propertindo Director Tommy Adrian (TA), PT Adonara Propertindo Deputy Director Anja Runtuwene (AR), PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Director Rudy Hartono Iskandar (RHI), and one PT Adonara Propertindo corporate suspect.

The KPK suspects that there is a state financial loss of at least Rp. 152.5 billion.

Initially, Sarana Jaya, which is engaged in land and building property, was looking for land in Jakarta to be used as a business unit or land bank.

On March 4, 2019, Anja, together with Tommy and Rudy, offered Sarana Jaya a land in Munjul covering an area of approximately 4.2 hectares. However, at that time the ownership of the land was still wholly owned by the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus.

Anja and Tommy then met with the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus in Yogyakarta, then it was agreed that there was a purchase of land in Munjul and it was agreed that the land price was Rp. 2.5 million per meter so that the total price was Rp. 104.8 billion.

The purchase of land on March 25, 2019 was immediately carried out by Anja and Tommy as a sale and purchase agreement as well as an advance payment of around Rp. 5 billion through a bank account in the name of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus.

Implementation of the handover of the Certificate of Building Use Rights (SHGB) and land of girik from the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus through a notary appointed by Anja.

Anja, Tommy, and Rudy then offered the land to Sarana Jaya at a price of IDR 7.5 million per meter for a total of IDR 315 billion.

Allegedly there was a fictitious negotiation with an agreed price of Rp5.2 million per meter for a total of Rp217 billion.

So, on April 8, 2019 the signing of the deed of sale and purchase agreement before a notary at the Sarana Jaya Office between the buyer (Yoory) and the seller (Anja) and a payment of 50 percent or around Rp108.9 billion was made to Anja's bank account on Bank DKI.

After some time, on the orders of Yoory, Sarana Jaya made a payment to Anja in the amount of Rp. 43.5 billion.
