In its financial report, quoted on Saturday, July 31, the company owned by conglomerate TP Rachmat managed to record a net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp. IDR 43.0 billion.
ASSA President Director Prodjo Sunarjanto said ASSA's business can still grow and develop significantly in the midst of the current difficult situation. Through new technology-based business innovations that continue to be developed, he hopes that ASSA can continue to grow in performance in the future.
"This is in line with the shift in people's behavior today, which is very dependent on technology and speed, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic," said Prodjo.
Prodjo continued, although there were still obstacles due to COVID-19, the company was still able to record a positive performance. Until the first semester of 2021, the company managed to record revenue of Rp. 2.1 trillion, an increase of 50.4 percent compared to the same period in 2020 which only reached Rp. 1.4 trillion.
Until the first half of this year, the largest contribution to ASSA's revenue came from Anteraja's delivery express business, which had a very significant growth in the past year. When compared to the same period in 2020, Anteraja has grown to 269.9 percent by contributing revenue of IDR 982.3 billion or 46.6 percent of ASSA's total revenue.
"Then followed by the passenger car rental business, autopool and helmsman with a contribution of 37.7 percent or reaching Rp.795.0 billion, the business of selling used vehicles of Rp. 180.8 billion, the auction business of Rp. 87.5 billion, and the logistics business. amounting to Rp. 64.5 billion," he said.
