Good News, Property Developer Owned By Ciputra Conglomerate Wants To Divide Rp157 Billion Dividend
JAKARTA - Property developer PT Ciputra Development Tbk will give blessings to its shareholders. The issuer with the stock code CTRA will distribute cash dividends for the 2020 financial year worth IDR 157.5 billion.
This dividend is equivalent to Rp. 8.50 per share. The dividend distribution decision was taken at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) last Thursday, July 29.
"This cash dividend is about 12 percent of the allocation for the use of net profit for the 2020 financial year," said Ciputra Development's management, in a written statement, quoted on Friday, July 30.
For information, Ciputra Development posted a net profit attributable to the parent entity of Rp1.3 trillion in 2020. The achievement of the conglomerate-owned company increased 18 percent compared to the realization of net profit in 2019 which amounted to Rp1.1 trillion.
Ciputra Development's revenue in 2020 was recorded at IDR 8 trillion. The revenue comes from the property development segment which includes sales of houses, shop houses, land, apartments and offices worth Rp6.5 trillion.
Meanwhile, from recurring income which includes shopping centers, hotels, office rentals, and hospitals, CTRA pocketed Rp1.4 trillion.
