Check Senior Manager Of Perumda Jaya, KPK Investigate Land Investment Team In Munjul

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confirmed the witness of the Senior Manager of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Harbandiyono regarding his participation as an investment team in land acquisition in Munjul, East Jakarta.

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) on Thursday, July 29 questioned Harbandiyono as a witness for the alleged former Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles Pinontoan (YRC) and his friends in the investigation into the alleged corruption case of land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta in 2019.

"It was confirmed, among other things, regarding the witness' participation as an investment team in land acquisition in Munjul," said Plt. KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in his statement in Jakarta, reported by Antara, Friday, July 30.

In addition, the KPK on Thursday, July 29 also questioned the Director of PT Adonara Propertindo Tommy Adrian (TA) as a witness for the suspect Yoory and his friends. Tommy is also one of the suspects in the case but the investigators examined him as a witness.

"Confirmed related to various data on financial transaction activities of PT AP (Adonara Propertindo) which allegedly flowed to various parties related to land acquisition in Munjul," said Ali.

Besides Yoory and Tommy, the KPK has also named three other suspects, namely Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo Anja Runtuwene (AR), Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar (RHI), and one corporate suspect of PT Adonara Propertindo.

The KPK suspects that there is a state financial loss of at least Rp. 152.5 billion.

Initially, Sarana Jaya, which is engaged in land and building property, was looking for land in Jakarta to be used as a business unit or land bank.

On March 4, 2019, Anja, together with Tommy and Rudy, offered Sarana Jaya a land in Munjul covering an area of approximately 4.2 hectares. However, at that time the ownership of the land was still wholly owned by the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus.

Anja and Tommy then met with the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus in Yogyakarta, then it was agreed that there would be a purchase of land in Munjul, then it was agreed that the land price was Rp. 2.5 million per meter so that the total price was Rp. 104.8 billion.

The purchase of land on March 25, 2019 was immediately carried out by Anja and Tommy as a sale and purchase agreement as well as an advance payment of around Rp. 5 billion through a bank account in the name of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus.

The handover of certificates of building rights (SHGB) and girik land from the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity Carolus Boromeus through a notary appointed by Anja.

Anja, Tommy, and Rudy then offered the land to Sarana Jaya at a price of IDR 7.5 million per meter for a total of IDR 315 billion.

Allegedly there was a fictitious negotiation with an agreed price of Rp5.2 million per meter for a total of Rp217 billion.

So, on April 8, 2019 the signing of the deed of sale and purchase agreement before a notary at the Sarana Jaya Office between the buyer (Yoory) and the seller (Anja) and a payment of 50 percent or around Rp. 108.9 billion was made to Anja's bank account. at Bank DKI.

After some time, on the orders of Yoory, Sarana Jaya made a payment to Anja in the amount of Rp. 43.5 billion.
