JAKARTA - Riau Indonesian archer Ega Agatha Salsabilla was eliminated in the second round of the top 32 men's individual recurve event at the Tokyo Olympics at Yumenoshina Park Archery Field, Thursday. With this result, the representative of Merah Putih archery at the four-yearly sports party was exhausted.
Launching Antara, Riau Ega, who won 7-1 over Australian representative David Barnes in the first round, was now forced to surrender with a score of 5-6 (19-28, 28-28, 30-27, 26-27, 28-24, 8 -9) over United States representative Wukie Jacob in the second round, according to official Olympic records.
