GOT7's Jinyoung Releases First Solo Song, DIVE Today

JAKARTA - Jinyoung from the group GOT7 surprised fans by releasing a new single.

Today, Thursday, July 29, Jinyoung will release his first solo song titled DIVE at 18:00 South Korean time. This song was written and composed by Jinyoung himself.

According to Jinyoung, DIVE's lyrics reflect that if one accepts something well, there will come a time when it continues to flow through our lives like the ocean - such as ability, love, the presence of people around and so on.

“I love the sea, but I can't go for some reason. But I thought of the sea so I wanted to make a song that fits the sea and I wanted to make a track like band music," Jinyoung quoted Soompi as saying.

Jinyoung wanted to gift fans with a song and he worked on this project little by little.

After terminating his contract with JYP Entertainment, Jinyoung joined BH Entertainment - the agency that houses actors and actresses.

In recent times, Jinyoung has been more involved in a series of dramas, one of which is The Devil Judge, which is currently airing. In addition he is also confirmed to play a role in Yumi's Cells.
