AKR Corporindo Brings Good News, Company Owned By Conglomerate Soegiarto Adikoesoemo Distributes Interim Dividend Of Rp237 Billion
JAKARTA. Shareholders of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk will be splashed with blessings. The reason is, the issuer codenamed AKRA shares will distribute interim dividends with a value of up to Rp237 billion.
The decision to distribute dividends is taken in a decision of the board of directors on July 26, 2021. The amount of dividends to be given is Rp. 60 per share, with the current calculation of the number of shares outstanding at 3.94 billion.
This amount is after deducting treasury shares which reached 67.26 million shares. The dividend will be paid on August 19, 2021.
