Tulungagung COVID-19 Task Force Disbands 3 Celebrations For Violating PPKM Level 4
TULUNGAGUNG - The Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 in Tulungagung Regency, East Java dissolved a celebration held by residents for violating PPKM level 4.
"There are three locations for the celebration that we have disbanded today," said member of the Tulungagung COVID-19 Task Force Law Enforcement Team, Artista Nindya Putra, quoted by Antara, Monday, July 26.
The three celebration activities that were attended by the task force team were all in the Boyolangu District. The activity by inviting many residents is considered dangerous, because it becomes a crowd point that has a high risk of spreading the corona outbreak.
According to Artista, the COVID-19 Task Force team consisting of elements from the Satpol PP, the police, the TNI and related devices took action when they received reports or complaints from the public.
The first targets visited by the COVID-19 Task Force team were in the Gedangsewu Village multipurpose building and the other two in Waung Village, not far from the Njegong Park Agrotourism location.
When the team gives understanding to the celebration owner, they can understand the conditions and rules of PPKM level 4.
During PPKM level 4, in addition to events that have the potential to cause crowds such as art performances, sporting events are also prohibited.
Regarding residents who already have permits to carry out celebration activities, Artista stated that the permits issued prior to the determination of the extension of PPKM level 4 are no longer valid or null and void.
"It has been declared revoked and declared no longer valid," he said.
Artista ensures that events that have been reported and acted upon will continue to be monitored. His party involved residents in supervising celebrations without permission at PPKM level 4.
Residents who know there is a celebration without permission during PPKM level 4 can report it to the Satpol PP complaint center.
During its activation, the Satpol PP complaint center has received four complaints, three of which are for weddings and one for self-defense training.
The martial arts training was carried out in Plosokandang Village, Kedungwaru District. This exercise was carried out at the home of the martial arts trainer and attended by participants from out of town.
"Immediately disbanded, that night also immediately disbanded," he said.
