NTB Prosecutor's Office Saves Rp. 1.93 Billion Of State Money, The Highest Corruption Of PNBP Hajj Dormitory At Lombok Embarkation
NTB - The West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati NTB) in the momentum of the celebration of the 61st Adhyaksa Bhakti Day released the figures for saving state money from efforts to eradicate corruption cases for the period January 2020 to July 2021. The value reached Rp 1.93 billion.
"Of the 24 cases that have been decided and executed, the total state financial rescue has reached Rp 1.93 billion," said Deputy Head of the NTB Attorney General's Office Purwanto Joko Irianto at a press conference in Mataram, quoted from Antara, Thursday, July 22.
The nominal amount of money saved came from the amount of money to compensate for state losses that arose from a number of corruption cases that were handled by the NTB Attorney General's Office and the ranks of state prosecutors in districts/cities.
One of the sticking cases handled by the NTB Prosecutor's Office was the corruption of the Non-Tax State Revenue Fund (PNBP) of the Lombok Embarkation Hajj Dormitory 2019. The state money saved was Rp.484.265 million.
The party who paid the state compensation money was the former Head of the Lombok Hajj Embarkation UPT UPT Abdurrazak Alfakkhir who is now a convict.
Then there are also records from the Mataram Kejari. Recovery of state losses emerged from the corruption case of land lease for the construction of telecommunication towers in Sesela Village, West Lombok Regency in 2018.
The former Kades Sesela Asmuni who is now a convict as the party who paid compensation for state losses of Rp. 50 million.
Then there is the East Lombok Kejari amounting to Rp1.37 billion; Kejari Dompu Rp21.93 million; and the Prosecutor's Office for Bima Rp. 2.8 million.
"According to the objective of dealing with corruption, the action is oriented towards recovering state losses," said Purwanto.
