BTS Congratulates Dear Class Of 2020
JAKARTA - K-pop group Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) has just participated in the Dear Class of 2020 event. The event was held by YouTube as a virtual ceremony for 2020 graduates. Apart from BTS, there are Barack and Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, and other guests .
In his speech, BTS congratulated graduates who made it through their education period well. Even though they finished in a difficult situation, these graduates were called special graduates. "Wherever you are, you will be out of one world to another."
BTS members; RM, Suga, Jin, J-Hope, Jungkook, Jimin, and V also talked about the time when they graduated where they also felt worries like the 2020 graduates. Jungkook for example, he shared his graduation program that could be watched through the BTS YouTube channel because at that time himself has become BTS personnel.
There is also Jin who reminisces about the high school graduation he did before focusing on his debut in BTS. He had compared himself with his friends but Jin realized that the phases of people's lives differed from one another. "Take extra time for yourself," said Jin in his speech.
"You are a leader in your own life," said J-Hope during his speech. J-Hope also felt difficult but he believed in the presence of BTS members who helped him.
The video recorded from the National Museum of Korea also shows BTS singing the songs Boy With Luv, Spring Day, and Mikrokosmos.
In addition, BTS recently reportedly donated 1000 United States (US) dollars for Black Lives Matter. The move was followed by BTS fans, Army, who donated an equal amount to the movement. It's nice to have an idol like BTS, Army!
