To Compete With Marvel, DC Universe Trailer For Wonder Woman 1984 Released
JAKARTA - A few days after the release of the Black Widow trailer by Marvel Studios, DC Universe does not want to lose competitiveness. On December 8th, DC Universe released a trailer for Wonder Woman 1984. The trailer, which is more than two minutes long, still features Gal Gadot transforming into Wonder Woman.
In Wonder Woman 1984, Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) was reunited with her longtime lover Steve Trevor, played by Chris Pine. There is no detailed story about Trevor's return, considering that in the Wonder Woman story, Trevor is considered missing in the last scene.

Wonder Woman 1984 caught the attention of music lovers by inserting a New Order song titled Blue Monday in the trailer. Given the selection of an 80s backdrop, it looks like Wonder Woman 1984 will have the same vibe. Additionally, Hans Zimmer, composer of the popular film, was confirmed to do the scoring for Wonder Woman 1984.
The trailer also features the Wonder Women costume in gold complete with wings. This costume adds to the enthusiasm of DC Universe fans. Through her press release, DC Universe explains the Wonder Women story centering on Diana's return to the Soviet Union war in 1980 and meeting her enemy named Cheetah.
Wonder Woman 1984 might be the film that fans are already waiting for in the coming year. This film is one of the most successful DC Comics films among the dominant superheroes of the Marvel Universe. Apart from Cheetah, played by Kristen Wiig, Maxwell Lord, played by Pedro Pascal, is Diana's mortal enemy.
Still directed by Patty Jenkins, Wonder Woman 1984 will be released simultaneously on June 5, 2020.
