The Return Of Keke Not A Doll's Music Video On YouTube

JAKARTA - Lately, the social media scene has been enlivened by the music video for 'Keke Not a Puppet', sung by the celebgram Kekeyi Putri Cantika or commonly known as Kekeyi. But the music video that had occupied the number 1 trending on Youtube suddenly disappeared.

From VOI's search, the music video for 'Keke Bukan Dolls' had disappeared from YouTube's distribution. Even the video link had a chance to pop a notification message if the video had been deleted.

But on Friday afternoon, the music video for 'Keke Bukan Dolls' has returned to YouTube. Through his Instagram account Kekeyi explained that the music video had returned after being banned by YouTube.

"KEKEYI'S SONG IS ON YOUTUBE AGAIN THANK YOU. The song Kekeyi Banned by Sahabat😔 has been copyrighted even though it's 18 M View Yahhh, Keep the Spirit Yes," he wrote on Instagram, Friday, June 5.

Previously, many netizens said that the loss of Kekeyi's music video was due to plagiarizing Rinni Wulandari's song entitled 'I'm not a doll'. The reason is that not a few netizens believe that Kekeyi's song does sound similar.

Inevitably, the loss of the music video for 'Keke Bukan Dolls' has become a topic of conversation among netizens. Even when the original singer questioned him, netizens accused Rinni of social assistance (climbing social).

Not being a target for netizens, Rini immediately defended herself because she didn't want a misunderstanding. Through her Instagram, Rini Wulandari said that if the video has been taken down or taken down, Sony Music and Novi Umar will exercise authority over the song "I'm not a doll".

"Why is there a writing 'Copyright claim by Rini Idol - I'm not a doll'? Well, videos that get taken down by YouTube always take down the original song title and singer. So my name and song title are listed there," he explained.

YouTube Copyright Claims

Please note, copyright claims on the YouTube platform are quite serious problems and are not kidding. Those in the video hosting business and created by the public certainly need to have copyright protection as well as a claims system.

Sony Music Indonesia itself is a fairly large label in the country, because it has singers with quite a number of works. They of course protect the copyright of both the song and the work of the singer.

YouTube itself has a Content ID feature, which allows the first uploader of a song or music from the label. So that when there is content that is considered imitating or plagiarizing, this system will detect songs that seem similar.

Generally, YouTube will screen automatically through its algorithm. In addition, the label can also report copyright claims to YouTube, so that the platform with the red logo can detect it immediately.

"The copyright owner is able to decide whether others can reuse their original material. Copyright owners often allow their content to be used in YouTube videos in exchange for running ads on the video. These ads can be played before the video or during that time (if the video is video) more than 10 minutes), "wrote YouTube on its official website.

Even though the song 'Keke Bukan Dolls' was lost, Kekeyi could still have the opportunity to return the music video. You do this by requesting a revocation from the plaintiff, through notification of response. It's just that, if Kekeyi doesn't do that, the music video will completely disappear within 3 months.

As is known, the music video and song 'Keke Bukan Dolls' are indeed skyrocketing in the timeline of the country. As of Thursday (4/6), the video has been watched more than 18 million times, which makes the song trending number one on YouTube Indonesia.
