There Is A Shirt And Lontong Bomb On The Body Of A Suspected MIT Terrorist
JAKARTA - Police confiscated evidence from the suspected East Indonesia Mujahidin (MIT) terrorist in Poso, who died as a result of armed contact with officers. One of them is a rice cake bomb.
"The evidence found was a revolver, two rice cake bombs, a machete, and a striped shirt," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Police, Kombes Didik Supranoto in his statement, Saturday, July 17.
While regarding the identity of the suspected terrorist, Didik could not convey it. So far, the body is still being identified.
"Identity awaits identification," he said.
In addition, Didik emphasized that after the shooting, the situation and conditions were stable or safe. Officers are already guarding the area.
"The situation is safe and conducive for people to carry out their activities as usual," he said.
As previously reported, the Madago Raya Task Force was again involved in a gun battle with the East Indonesia Mujahidin (MIT) Poso wanted list group, which resulted in the death of one Poso MIT DPO.
