Origin Of STRP Pocket, Ojol Starting From Gojek, Grab To Maxim Is Free To Cross The Barrier Point

JAKARTA - The police are limiting the mobility of people in and out of Jakarta by implementing a road blockage scheme during the Emergency Community Activity Restriction (PPKM) period.

But specifically for online motorcycle taxis (ojol) they are allowed to enter and leave Jakarta. Provided, they are delivering or taking orders.

"Ojol, yes (you can cross the barrier point)," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo to reporters, Wednesday, July 14.

In addition, the Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service (Kadishub) Syafrin Liputo said that all ojol had received a Worker Registration Certificate (STRP) during the Emergency PPKM period. So, they can get past the point of separation.

"For all ojol, whether they are from the Grab application company, from the Gojek application company, as well as the Maksim application company and some from Shopee, all of them have received the STRP which has been issued by the PTSP service," said Syafrin.

The ojol have already pocketed the STRP because the companies have taken care of the STRP application. This is also in accordance with SK Kadishub No. 282/2021.

For information, Polda Metro Jaya has decided to add blocking points throughout Jakarta and its surroundings. In total, it reaches 100 blocking points.

"We will carry out 100 points at this isolation point starting tomorrow at 06.00 WIB," said Sambodo.

The hundreds of blocking points are spread over a number of roads. Starting from arterial roads, border areas, to toll roads.

"In the city there are 19 points, on the toll road there are 15 points, at the city limits 10 points, in the buffer area there are 29 points, and the Sudirman-Thamrin road section there are 27 points, so there are 100 points in total," Sambodo explained
