EXO's Chanyeol Becomes Lee Sun Hee's First Collaborator In 36 Years
JAKARTA - Veteran singer Lee Sun Hee will return with his new 16th album on June 15th. It was previously reported that a K-pop idol would be a collaborator on the album. Now, the puzzle is answered with the announcement of EXO's Chanyeol as Lee Sun Hee's duet friend.
Hook Entertainment, the agency that oversees Lee Sun Hee, confirmed the news. "Chanyeol participated in the main track (title track) of Lee Sun Hee's first part studio album."
Before a duet with EXO's Chanyeol, Lee Sun Hee had a duet with rapper Tiger JK and Kanto. But for the first time, the singer who was born on November 11 will collaborate with K-pop idols.
High expectations are certainly built by fans. After this news was released, the names Chanyeol and Lee Sun Hee immediately enlivened the trending topic.
Besides that, Chanyeol is widely considered in music projects for dramas and albums. The second time, Chanyeol was reunited with Punch for the Dr. Romantic 2 with the song Go Away Go Away.
After that, in May, Chanyeol collaborated with Raiden, Lee Hi, and Changmo in the song Yours. His duet with Lee Sun Hee will be his third duet project in 2020. Chanyeol is also preparing for a comeback with sub unit EXO-SC (Sehun Chanyeol).
Lee Sun Hee will be releasing new material after six years for the album Serendipity which was released to celebrate 30 years of its debut. This album will be split into two; the first will be on June 15th while the second will be in fall. We are waiting for this collaboration!
