Brantas Abipraya Construction BUMN Has A New Boss, Erick Thohir Appoints Two Directors At Once

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir reshuffled the board of directors of PT Brantas Abipraya by appointing two new names to lead the water construction company.

Meanwhile, the figure is Sugeng Rochadi as President Director of Brantas Abipraya replacing Bambang E. Marsono and Mohammad Toha Fauzi as Director of Operations I occupying the position previously held by Catur Prabowo.

The disassembly itself is contained in the Decree of the Minister (Kepmen) of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Number SK-231/MBU/07/2021 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Company (Persero) PT Brantas Abipraya.

Brantas Corporate Secretary Abipraya Miftakhul Anas said that the company's renewal measures were part of the performance improvement strategy. In addition, he also said that the replacement of Bambang E. Marsono was carried out because his term of office had ended for two terms of leadership.

"This change of directors is a common corporate action, and this is also part of efforts to improve the performance of Brantas Abipraya," he said in a press statement, Monday, July 12.

Through these changes, the latest composition of the Board of Directors of Brantas Abipraya is as follows:

1. Sugeng Rochadi as President Director

2. Suradi as Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management

3. Mohammad Toha Fauzi as Operations Director I

4. Widyo Praseno as Director of Operations II
