After Doom At Your Service, Seo In Guk Gets An Offer For A New Drama Entitled Minamdang: Case Note

JAKARTA - The screening of the Korean drama Doom at Your Service just ended last week. But the main character, Seo In Guk, has received a new drama offer.

Today, Monday, July 12, a source from the entertainment industry revealed that Seo In Guk will play the protagonist in the drama titled Minamdang: Case Note.

On the same day, the agency that manages Seo In Guk, Story J Company confirmed. "Seo In Guk has received a role offer for Minamdang: Case Note and is currently reviewing it," reads a statement quoted by Sports Chosun.

Minamdang: Case Note is a popular web novel that has been distributed through Kakao Page. Written by Jung Jae Han, the novel won the Kakao Page web novel contest.

The story focuses on a cafe called Minamdang and the various clients who visit the cafe. A mysterious incident was experienced by Han Joon and his colleagues.

The script was written by Park Hye Jin who has worked on Ruler: Master of the Mask. A number of changes from the web novel will be made, namely the addition of characters and a comedy genre plot.

Minamdang: Case Note filming will start next October.
