Update On COVID-19 As Of June 1: No Addition In 15 Provinces
JAKARTA - The Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling of COVID-19 noted that there were 467 positive confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Monday 1 June, bringing the total to 26,940 people.
Then, for patients recovered to 7,637 after the addition of 329 people. Furthermore, for cases of death increased by 28 people, bringing the total to 1,641.
"467 confirmed positive for COVID-19, so that the number is 26,940 people, this increase is of course the overall picture of our country," said Government Spokesperson for COVID-19 Achmad Yurianto in an official statement at the Media Center of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19, Graha National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), Jakarta, Monday 1 June.
The accumulated case data was taken from the results of 333,415 specimen examination tests carried out using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method in 95 laboratories, Rapid Melocular Test (TCM) in 59 laboratories and network laboratories (RT-PCR and TCM) in 179 laboratories. Overall, 232,113 people were examined and the results were 26,940 positive (cumulative) and 205,173 negative (cumulative).
Then for the number of People Under Monitoring (ODP) who are still being monitored there are 48,358 people and Patients Under Supervision (PDP) who are still being monitored there are 13,120 people. The data is taken from 34 provinces and 416 districts / cities in the country.
From the accumulated data, 15 provinces did not report any additional positive cases of COVID-19.
"Today there are 15 provinces that have no positive reports," said Yuri.
Meanwhile, the data for the top 5 provinces with the most cumulative positive cases are DKI Jakarta 7,485 people, East Java 4,922, West Java 2,294, South Sulawesi 1,586, Central Java 1,417 and other regions for a total of 26,940.
Based on data received by the Task Force from 34 Provinces in the country, DKI Jakarta Province is the region with the highest number of recovered cases, namely 2,272 followed by East Java with 654, South Sulawesi 625, West Java 619, Bali 329 and other areas in Indonesia, bringing the total to 7,637 people .
The criteria for recovered patients that were accumulated were based on the results of two laboratory tests and when the patient had no more clinical complaints.
Furthermore, the Task Force detailed the accumulation of other positive COVID-19 data in Indonesia, namely in Aceh Province 20 cases, Bali 482 cases, Banten 867 cases, Bangka Belitung 46 cases, Bengkulu 91 cases, Yogyakarta 237 cases.
Furthermore, in Jambi 97 cases, West Kalimantan 196 cases, East Kalimantan 297 cases, Central Kalimantan 419 cases, South Kalimantan 948 cases, and North Kalimantan 165 cases.
Then in Riau Islands there were 197 cases, West Nusa Tenggara 652 cases, South Sumatra 995 cases, West Sumatra 567 cases, North Sulawesi 339 cases, North Sumatra 417 cases, and Southeast Sulawesi 244 cases.
As for Central Sulawesi 128 cases, Lampung 135 cases, Riau 117 cases, North Maluku 160 cases, Maluku 223 cases, West Papua 168 cases, Papua 725 cases, West Sulawesi 92 cases, East Nusa Tenggara 97 cases, Gorontalo 94 cases and in process field verification of 21 cases.
