New Problems Hit Jerinx Shortly After He Was Freed, He Was Policed For Threats And Insults
JAKARTA - Musician I Gede Ari Astina, or better known as Jerinx SID, has again stumbled upon the law. In fact, Jerinx has just been released from a case of insulting the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI), which is called a lack of WHO. Accepting the threats and insults, Adam and his team of lawyers agreed to take the matter to court. Jerinx was also reported to Polda Metro Jaya, on Saturday, July 10. Even though Jerinx is said to have apologized and said his actions were emotional because his Instagram account was lost, Adam will still continue the case. "If I have opened the report, I will not open the door for peace. and revoke the report for any reason. Go ahead and continue to follow the existing procedures," said Adam. So, with the report, Jerinx is suspected of violating Article 335 of the Criminal Code and or Article 29 in conjunction with Article 45B of Law No. 19 of 2016 changes to Law - Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE.
