Good News! COVID-19 Numbers Drop By 3,030 Cases Today, Highest Healing Is In Jakarta

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) released the latest additional positive COVID-19 cases for today, Saturday, July 10 at 12.00 WIB with a record addition of 35,094 cases.

This number decreased compared to the previous day, Friday, July 9, 2021 with 38,124 cases or around 3,030 cases,

The report also revealed that the daily cure rate increased by 28,561 with a mortality rate of 826 cases.

In detail, the largest increase in positive cases occurred in DKI Jakarta with a record of 12,920 cases. This figure reflects the capital region accounted for almost a third of all confirmed cases today nationwide.

Followed by West Java with 4,926 cases, Central Java with 3,618 cases, East Java with 2,237 cases, and DI Yogyakarta with 1,809 cases.

Meanwhile, for areas with the most recovery, DKI Jakarta contributed 16,839 people, West Java 3,999 people, Central Java 1,610 people, and East Java with 1,217 people.

Then, the highest death rate was in East Java with 180 cases, West Java with 164 cases, Central Java with 162 cases, and DKI Jakarta with 90 cases.

In terms of vaccination, it was recorded that 36,193,076 people received the phase I vaccine with a special addition today of 417,509 people.

Then, for the second phase of the vaccine, it is known that it has been distributed to 14,969,330 people with an additional 100,753 people. Meanwhile, the vaccination target targeted by the government for the current period is 40,349,049.

Most recently, the government has continued to boost the vaccination program to achieve the completion target by the end of 2021. The targeted number is 2 million vaccinations per day which will be realized in August. Meanwhile, the highest vaccination rate is currently only around 1 million doses per day.
