Ahn Bo Hyun Answered Rumors Of Not Getting Along With Park Seo Joon In Itaewon Class

JAKARTA - The Korean drama Itaewon Class has become one of the most successful dramas in terms of ratings and popularity. Even though it ended in March, it doesn't make the public forget that this drama includes Ahn Bo Hyun, who plays Park Geun Won. However, there were rumors that Ahn Bo Hyun and Park Seo Joon (who played Park Saeroyi) didn't get along.

The rumors were also mentioned by presenter Kang Ho Dong when Ahn Bo Hyun was a guest on the latest episode of Knowing Brothers on Saturday, May 30. "I heard behind the scenes say Bo Hyun didn't like Park Seo Joon so big in real life, on set," said Ho Dong.

The presenter continued the statement that reportedly the director Itaewon Class did not give the two stars the same opportunity. Ahn Bo Hyun was surprised and replied, "On the contrary, I am the same age as Seo Joon and we are good friends."

Then, Bo Hyun realized what Ho Dong meant. "When acting as a villain, I felt I didn't take a lot of takes, but he (the director) responded OK and immediately switched scenes," explained the actor who was born on May 16.

He saw that when Seo Joon was shooting, the director recorded the same scene over and over again so Bo Hyun said "You recorded Seo Joon longer than me," Bo Hyun recalled saying that in front of Seo Joon with a laugh.

Ahn Bo Hyun shared that he and Seo Joon are good friends. They live close together and just met last week. "We often meet even though filming for the drama is over," he said.

In Itaewon Class, it was told that Geun Won really hated Saeroyi since they were in high school. For some reason, Geun Won and Saeroyi are determined to take revenge against each other with business.

Now, these two actors are increasingly peaking in the South Korean entertainment industry. Currently, Park Seo Joon is busy filming Dream with IU, while Ahn Bo Hyun has just been confirmed to play in the drama Kairos with Shin Sung Rok, Lee Se Young, and WINNER's Seungyoon.
