23 Waypoints In Boyolali Blocked, Police-TNI Check Details Of Vaccine Certificates Until Drivers Test Free Of COVID
BOYOLALI - The Government of Boyolali Regency, Central Java together with TNI and Polri personnel carried out a policy of blocking 23 road points in the context of the Implementation of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM).
Blocking the road will divert lanes and check the travel documents for motorists from outside the city entering Boyolali.
"We are checking the isolation point for the first COVID-19 free certificate, the second at least one vaccine certificate, and the third a worker registration certificate from the company," said Head of the Boyolali Police Traffic Unit Yuli Anggraeni in Boyolali, Antara, Friday, July 9.
The blocking of 23 road points throughout Boyolali Regency is enforced for 24 hours with full or partial closure which applies to vehicles entering or leaving.
As for the locations of the points that have been fully closed, Kasatlantas said, for example the intersection of the West Tower and the intersection of the old office of Perumda Air Drinking Tirta Ampera towards the city.
Then some of the junctions of the Baros road and Berlian intersection are closed, then some are closed flexibly at the Randusari Teras Boyolali intersection.
Alluding to the violations committed by the community, said Kasatlantas until now the community feels they have complied in responding to government policies during the Emergency PPKM period.
"Alhamdulillah, until now, no one has been reckless and they have obeyed everything with us," he said.
The Head of the Boyolali Police, AKBP Morry Ermond, said the isolation activity was solely carried out to prevent the spread of the Delta variant of COVID-19 from happening again. Currently, there are additional cases in Boyolali, an average of 400 per day.
"Our efforts to increase the number of confirmed positive cases can be suppressed below 100, with the hope that there will be no additional new cases," the police chief said.
