Violating The Emergency PPKM Proces, Irish-Russian-US Caucasians Are Filed For Deportation From Bali

BADUNG - An emergency PPKM judicial operation netted 7 foreign nationals in Canggu, North Kuta, Badung, Bali. Three of them will be submitted for deportation.

The head of the Bali Satpol PP, Dewa Nyoman Rai Dharmadi, said that 7 Caucasians in Bali were affected by judicial operations on Thursday, July 9. Among them, 3 Caucasians do not wear masks when riding a motorcycle. While the other four people did not wear masks properly and were fined Rp. 1 million each.

"A fine of Rp. 1 million. Foreigners who do not use masks properly (4 people). We find those who do not use masks at all directly in the field, we recommend that they be deported (three people)," Dharmadi told reporters, Friday, July 9.

Three Caucasians who did not wear masks at all came from Ireland, Russia and the United States. They were not fined, but immediately submitted for deportation from Bali.

"Three people are without a fine. Because the offense is very serious, not wearing a mask even though there is a mask in the vehicle, we consider it not wearing a mask at all. Today, we are applying for deportation for processing," added Dharmadi

The three Caucasians were found not wearing masks while riding a motorcycle when the emergency PPKM judicial operation team was combing the Canggu area, Bali.

"According to the Immigration Law, the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights will process further. Those are the 3 people we recommend at once, we propose and make an introduction to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to be processed and if necessary to be deported," said Dharmadi.
