Conglomerate Haryanto Adikoesoemo Again Adds Share Ownership In AKR Corporindo, Disburses IDR 2.4 Billion

JAKARTA - President Director of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) Haryanto Adikoesoemo has once again bought up a large number of company shares. The son of the Soegiarto Adikosoemo conglomerate, it is noted that he has bought AKRA shares several times in recent times.

In AKRA's disclosure of information published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website, quoted on Monday, July 5, Haryanto said that he had purchased 791,600 AKRA shares. The average purchase price was IDR 3,107.4, so the total transaction was around IDR 2.46 billion.

"The purpose of investment transactions with direct share ownership status," he said.

The transaction was carried out on June 28-July 2, 2021. After the transaction, Haryanto held 20.57 million or 0.51 percent of AKRA's shares, an increase of 0.02 percent from the previous 19.77 million shares or 0.49 percent.

Previously, Haryanto increased his share ownership in the company with a jumbo transaction of around Rp 6 billion. Haryanto said he bought 1.96 million AKRA shares, equivalent to 0.05 percent. The average purchase price is IDR 3,061.95, so the total transaction is around IDR 6 billion.

"The transaction date is carried out on June 21-25, 2021 with direct ownership status and investment purposes," he explained, last Monday, June 28.

After the transaction, Haryanto also held 19.77 million AKRA shares, equivalent to 0.49 percent, an increase from the previous 17.81 million shares, equivalent to 0.44 percent.
