Pangdam Jaya Is Furious, Non-essential Companies In Jakarta Stubbornly Ignore The Provisions Of The Emergency PPKM
JAKARTA - Pangdam Jaya Major General Mulyo Aji admitted that he was angry because there were still many non-essential and non-critical companies that did not comply with the rules for the Implementation of Emergency Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) to suppress cases of the spread of COVID-19.
This was conveyed by Pangdam Mulyo Aji while reviewing the Emergency PPKM blocking post in Lampiri, East Jakarta, which is the border between Bekasi and Jakarta. He saw that there were still many motorcyclists passing by because of work matters.
"Many companies in Jakarta who do not comply with the advice from the government from the 3rd to the 20th are working from home. So we are in this field enforcing the rules according to orders," said Mulyo Aji at the location as reported by Antara, Monday, July 5.
During Emergency PPKM only people who work in essential sectors as determined by the government and can be exempted from crossing the barrier post.
"We're not here to debate but to select. They forced their way in because the orders from their leaders asked to come in. This is the problem," said Mulyo Aji.
He added that people who work in the essential sector also still have to show evidence in the form of a certificate as stipulated in the implementation of Emergency PPKM.
"Later, we will evaluate clearly the regional government has conveyed that today we have conveyed the regulations using an entry and exit permit," he said.
