AP II President Director Muhammad Awaluddin said, during the Emergency PPKM period, prospective airline passengers who flew between airports in Java, from and to Java, as well as from and to Bali had to show a vaccination card at least the first dose and a letter of RT-PCR results where the maximum sample was taken. 2x24 hours before departure.

Muhammad Awaluddin said that AP II and stakeholders had coordinated intensively and disseminated the previous procedures in preparation to fully implement SE Regulation Number 45 of 2021 today.
He explained, in order to support prospective passengers to always comply with these health protocols, AP II airports operate vaccination centers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.
AP II has also established the same procedure to be applied at all airports managed by the company, where in this Emergency PPKM there will be two checkpoints for prospective passengers.
In addition, the obligation to show a vaccination card is excluded for prospective airplane passengers for medical reasons based on a specialist doctor's statement.
"When arriving at AP II airport, prospective passengers go to Checkpoint 1 for screening whether the person concerned has a vaccination card and PCR results according to the requirements or not [specifically for routes to/from Java, and to Bali]. If they pass the screening, then the prospective passenger goes to Checkpoint 2 to validate the two documents carried out by the Ministry of Health KKP officers. After that, prospective passengers proceed to the check-in desk to get a boarding pass, and then to the boarding lounge to get ready to board the plane, "he said
