JCI On Wednesday Closed Slightly Higher By 14.76 Points To 4,641.56 Levels

JAKARTA - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) closed higher on Wednesday trading, May 27. JCI closed up 0.32 percent or 14.76 points to 4,641.56.

Closing the trade, 197 stocks rose, 179 stocks fell, and 163 stocks remained unchanged. Trading volume was 7.97 billion shares and was transacted at IDR8.03 trillion.

Binaartha Sekuritas analyst, M. Nafan Aji Gustama, said that the market still appreciates the improvement in the development of vaccine or antiviral COVID-19 research.
