When Deddy Corbuzier Interviewed Siti Fadilah, The Door To The Room Was Locked And The Nurse Couldn't Give Him Medicine
JAKARTA - The Directorate General of Community Affairs (Ditjenpas) has revealed the chronology of the unauthorized interview between the magician who is now a Youtuber, Deddy Corbuzier, and former Health Minister Siti Fadilah Supari, who is the prisoner for the gratification case.
Based on information from the Head of Public Relations and Protocol of the Directorate General of Public Relations, Rika Aprianti, the interview took place in the Kartika Pavilion Room at Gatot Subroto Army Hospital at around 21.30 WIB, Wednesday, May 20.
At that time there were two men and two women who entered the ex-Minister of Health's ward. The four of them use masks complete with headgear. One of them is Deddy Corbuzier. After entering, the door to the room was then locked from the inside.
"The officer on duty did not have time to ask because when he was about to ask what the guest's interests and needs were, the door to the room had been locked from the inside. Including a nurse who wanted to enter the ward to give medicine was prohibited from entering by the person concerned (Siti Fadilah)," he said. Rika in her written statement as quoted by VOI on Tuesday, May 26.
The interview, which was estimated to be completed at 23.30, was not realized by the Directorate General of Social and Political Sciences and the Rutan Pondok Bambu. In fact, the remand center only found out about the interview after seeing the video of the two interviews through Deddy Corbuzier's Instagram account on Thursday, May 21.
"Furthermore, Plt Karutan ordered the Acting KPR and the Head of the Prisoner Service to immediately trace the interview," he said.
Ditjenpas emphasized that the interview was not in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Law Number M.HH-01.IN.04.03 which was published on 5 October 2011 ago. In this regulation, it is explained:
Article 28 paragraph 1 states that coverage for the purpose of providing information and documentation must obtain written permission from the Directorate General of Social and Political Sciences Article 30 paragraph 3 states that coverage can only be carried out on working days and working hours determined by each unit or work unit Article 30 paragraph 4 states that the implementation of elections must be accompanied by a correctional officer and in accordance with the procedures stipulated in Article 32 paragraph 2 states that interviews with prisoners can only be carried out if it is related to the development of prisoners. Siti Fadilah's condition when interviewedRika also explained that Siti Fadilah was being treated because of a recommendation from a doctor at the Pondok Bambu Prison and had been approved by Plt Karutan Pondok Bambu. Siti was diagnosed with asthma on May 20.
After being referred to the Gatot Subroto Army Hospital and being hospitalized, on May 22, Siti was then asked to do outpatient care after an Inpatient Resume was signed by dr. Iwan Agus Putra. Sp.P and returned to Pondok Bambu Prison at 16.45 WIB.
From a series of examinations, the former Minister of Health was said to be in good health, asthma was not under attack, rapid test was non-reactive, and was diagnosed with intermittent asthma so that he could be treated at the Pondok Bambu Rutan Clinic.
"Siti Fadilah, during her sentence at Pondok Bambu Prison, has received good health care with the medical team and health facilities provided by Pondok Bambu Rutan, except for things that must be referred to an outside hospital (RSPAD)," he said.
Previously, magician Deddy Corbuzier on his YouTube account interviewed the former Minister of Health Siti Fadilah Supari. The contest entitled 'SITI FADILAH, A CONSPIRATION - I AM EXCLUSIVE' has been watched by 2,664,984 people and is liked by 179 thousand people.
Using a conspiracy hashtag, in the video that lasts more than 25 minutes, Deddy talks about many things with Siti. Including Siti's claim to stop the spread of the bird flu virus while he was still in office.
Siti Fadilah is currently serving a sentence after a judge sentenced him to four years in prison, a fine of IDR 200 million, a subsidiary of 2 months in 2017. He was languishing in Pondok Bambu Prison.
He became a prisoner after being caught in a corruption case that was investigated by the Corruption Eradication Commission. Siti was charged with a corruption case in the procurement of medical devices to anticipate the Bird Flu Extraordinary Event (KLB) in 2005 at the Ministry of Health's Health Problem Management Center (PPMK).
