Confiscated 528.55 Kg Of Dried Cannabis From The Hands Of These 4 Perpetrators, Police: They Have Their Own Cannabis Fields
ACEH - The Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) of the National Police Headquarters confiscated evidence of dried marijuana weighing 528.55 kilograms from four suspects arrested from a number of areas in Aceh.
"There are four people who have been arrested," said Deputy Director of the Criminal Investigation Department of the National Police, Kombes Jayadi, during a press conference in Takengon, Central Aceh, Antara, Thursday, July 1.
The suspects who have been arrested are IB (42) a resident of Aceh's Bireuen Regency, IS alias UG (44), MA (35), and RD (37 years) each registered as a resident of Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh.
"From the results of the disclosure, the suspects also have marijuana fields, and we have carried out extermination in Nagan Raya," said Kombes Jayadi.
Apart from 528.5 kilograms of dried marijuana, from the hands of the perpetrators, the police also confiscated a number of other evidences in the form of three Samsung cell phones, a Nokia cell phone, and a marijuana press.
The disclosure of this case is based on data analysis or disclosure of previous marijuana trafficking cases handled by the Criminal Investigation Police of the Police.

For his actions, the four suspects were charged with Article 114 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 132 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 36 Year 2009 concerning Narcotics with the threat of capital punishment.
Then the suspects were also charged with Article 111 paragraph (2) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum sentence of four years and a maximum of 12 years.
