Considered Not Defending Britney Spears, Iggy Azalea Opens Her Voice After 6 Years

JAKARTA - Rapper Iggy Azalea has spoken out about her collaboration with Britney Spears on the 2015 song Pretty Girls. She spoke after Britney recently said she wanted her conservatory to end.

Initially a fan said that Iggy Azalea had talked about the Britney Spears case but many netizens said otherwise.

"That's right, I said the (Britney) team wouldn't allow her to do promos and they broke into my house and you guys said I'm a hater," said Iggy Azalea on Saturday, June 26.

Then another fan asked how the story was but Iggy replied, "I signed the agreement and her father (Britney) can sue me."

This 31-year-old woman expressed her support for someone. "Britney said herself that she was embarrassed to share this with the world."

According to him, he will help without needing to tell what he is doing. "I care and he can use me if he needs my voice."

After releasing Pretty Girls, Iggy Azalea was frustrated because the song didn't last long on the music charts. Moreover, the two only appeared together once at the Billboard Music Awards.

Iggy also once told of Britney's team who came to her house on The Ellen Show in 2016. “They came over to my place to make sure I didn't have anything weird… to make sure I wasn't a bad influence.”

Last week, Britney Spears spoke for the first time on Instagram about the conservatory, which has lasted for 13 years. “I don't want people to think that my life is perfect because of course it isn't. And if you read all about me in this week's news… you know by now it's not (perfect)”
