After Being Examined By The KPK, The Former Boss Of The Zainoel Abidin Hospital In Aceh: No Questions, Just Relax
JAKARTA - The former Director of the Zainoel Abidin Regional General Hospital (RSUDZA) Banda Aceh, Dr. Azharuddin, was examined by investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) related to the multi-year project in Aceh.
"No one was asked anything, just relax", said Azharuddin when he left the inspection building, in Banda Aceh, as reported by Antara, Friday, June 25.
The inspection process took place on the third floor of the Aceh Representative Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) Building.

Previously, the spokesman for the Indonesian Corruption Eradication Commission, Ali Fikri, confirmed that his party was currently examining several officials in Aceh.
The examination was carried out in the form of requests for information and clarification from several related parties. However, the KPK has not been able to explain in more detail the case that is being handled because it is still in the process of being investigated.
Azharuddin confirmed that his examination by the KPK was related to the construction of the Zainoel Abidin Hospital of Oncology Center Building with a multi-year contract scheme and several other related activities.
"Yes (related to the construction of the oncology center), and also all those who have multi-year were asked", he said.
Azharuddin said that so far he did not know whether the examination against him had been completed or he might be recalled.
"If necessary, he will be called back, he will be notified later, there is no news yet", said Azharuddin.
To note, the construction of the Zainoel Abidin Hospital Banda Aceh Oncology Center Building uses the 2019-2021 Aceh Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBA) reaching IDR 237 billion and is carried out with a multi-year contract financing scheme.
