Complete Unlawful Killing Files, 2 Members Of The Metro Police Immediately Trial
JAKARTA - The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has stated that the files for the unlawful killing case have been completed, aka P21. Two members of the Polda Metro Jaya who are suspects in the near future will be tried in Piersidangan
"The research prosecutor at the Deputy Attorney General for General Crimes stated that the case file for the alleged murder on behalf of the suspects FR and MYO is complete or P21," said the Head of the AGO, Leonard Eben Ezer Simanjuntak in his statement, Friday, June 25.
The investigation file was declared complete based on the results of the exposure of the unlawful killing case carried out by the research prosecutor team.
In addition, the AGO has also communicated with the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police to hand over evidence and suspects FR and MYO.
"To be able to immediately hand over the responsibility of the suspect and evidence or the submission of stage II, to determine whether the case has met the requirements to be transferred to court," said Leonard.
In this case, three members of the Polda Metro Jaya have been named as suspects in the unlawful killing of the shooting of FPI soldiers. This determination is based on the Police Report (LP) model A after receiving a recommendation from Komnas HAM.
However, one of the three suspects with the initials EPZ died due to a single accident.
This unlawful killing case is the second in a series of clashes between police officers and six members of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI).
At that time the police were forced to shoot four members of the FPI laskar. But the shooting was allegedly considered an unlawful killing because the police did not make any other effort to avoid casualties.
