Cristiano Ronaldo Hasn't Faded, He's Still Mighty And Tops The Euro 2020 Top Scorer

JAKARTA- Cristiano Ronaldo has not faded even though he is not young. The Portuguese superstar topped the list of top scorers with 5 goals. He once again showed his class as a great player.

Slovakia goalkeeper Martin Dubravka and team-mate Juraj Kucka became the latest players to be blacklisted for own goals at Euro 2020, when they lost 5-0 to Spain on Thursday.

With the additions of Dubravka and Kucka, there have been a total of eight own goals at Euro 2020. That number is almost three times compared to the 2016 edition which was marked by three own goals, even though this tournament has just completed the group stage.

Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo converted two penalty kicks as Portugal held against France in the final series of Group F matches in Budhapest, Hungary.

With these two goals, Ronaldo is now entrenched at the top of the provisional top scorer list for Euro 2020 with a collection of five goals, leaving Czech Republic striker Patrik Schick who has not been able to move from three goals.

Schick's achievements are now matched by Dutch captain Georginio Wijnaldum, Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku, Swedish attacking midfielder Emil Forsberg and Polish striker Robert Lewandowski.

Unfortunately, as reported by Antara, it is certain that Lewandowski will not be able to add to his goal tally again because Poland failed to qualify for the round of 16.
