A New Suspect In The Murder Of An Elementary School Teacher In Toba, North Sumatra Arrested, Revealed A Crime Plan At An Internet Cafe
MEDAN - A new suspect in the murder of a Dasaer School (SD) teacher in Toba, North Sumatra, has been arrested. A total of 4 suspects were arrested in this teacher murder case.
When the police escorted him to the Toba Police Headquarters, North Sumatra, the suspect was seen wearing a face covering, trousers and wearing a t-shirt and wearing flip-flops.
Toba Police Chief, AKBP Akala Fikta Jaya, quoted from the Police Public Relations statement, June 23, explained the chronology of LS' arrest after investigators asked for information from suspect JH.
According to Akala, before the suspects, namely JH, YRT, NDN, and LS, committed the theft, they gathered at one of the internet cafes in Porsea city. At that time, continued the police, JH said that there was a theft target in Lumban Lobu, Bonatua Lunas District.
After the internet cafe was closed, the four suspects moved to another internet cafe. They borrowed a motorbike then at 01.00 WIB went to Lumban Lobu village. Suspect LS was riding with JH, and YRT was riding with NDN.
Arriving at Lumban Lobu Village about 200 meters from the victim's house, LS left JH, YRT, NDN who wanted to commit the theft. Meanwhile, LS waited for her friends at the gas station.
Then NDN came to see LS, and asked her to go. There, LS finds out what his friend did not to steal but to kill and that JH was the mastermind behind the murder.
JH continued AKBP Akala told LS to keep it a secret. JH also threatened LS.
Furthermore, the Resmob team arrested LS and also secured a blue and black motorcycle at LS's residence.
Toba Police Criminal Investigation Unit Head, AKP Nelson Sipahutar said that the new suspect had the initials LS, bringing a total of 4 suspects to be arrested. Police have also found evidence in the form of a knife.
