Tepeng's Chronology Of Death, Vocalist Of Reggae Band Steven And Coconut Treez
JAKARTA - Tepeng vocalist Steven and Coconut Treez passed away on Tuesday, June 21, at the Hospital in the BSD area, South Tangerang, at 07.30 WIB. The vocalist whose real name is Steven Kaligis has died due to exposure to COVID-19. After being exposed to the deadly virus, Tepeng was treated at the BSD Medika Hospital. However, Tepeng was unable to survive. Tepeng's body was buried at the Kemiri Burial Site, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. Of course, the funeral process takes place in accordance with the COVID-19 protocol.
During his career with Steven & Coconut Treez, Tepeng was known as an iconic vocalist with dreadlocks. Not to mention the many songs that Tepeng made during his time as a vocalist.
"For the past four years, he has been suffering from kidney failure. He has been receiving treatment and has stabilized. His body is good, his weight has increased," said Rival Himran, a member of the band Steven and Coconut Treez, quoted from the Paragram Official YouTube Channel, Wednesday, June 23.
"The symptoms dropped, he was admitted to the hospital. Initially positive and briefly negative, Monday was negative. But due to kidney failure, it dropped again, then died," he continued.
