Entering Through The Back Door, The Head Of BKN Fulfilled The Call Of Komnas HAM And Silence
JAKARTA - Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisama fulfills the summons of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM), Tuesday, June 22.
He will provide information regarding the process and implementation of the National Insight Test Assessment (TWK) for KPK employees.
According to VOI monitoring at the location, Bima arrived at the Komnas HAM Office at around 12.43 WIB. He came through the back door, or rather entered the Office of the Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan).
This is of course different from a number of parties examined by Komnas HAM, where those who were summoned always entered through the front door. Including the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, when he was questioned on Thursday, June 17 yesterday.
Returning to Bima, when he entered he did not provide any information regarding the examination to be carried out. Including any documents that have been prepared. He just kept quiet and went inside.
As previously reported, the Head of the State Personnel Agency (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana is certain to attend the office of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM). This assurance was obtained after sending a letter to BKN.
"The Indonesian National Human Rights Commission has received confirmation that the Head of BKN RI will be present to give a statement on Tuesday, June 22," Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara said in a statement to reporters, Tuesday, June 22.
This examination is a follow-up to the complaints of representatives of 75 KPK employees who did not pass the TWK and ended up being disabled. This test is a requirement for the transfer of employee status from independent to State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
For information, in the process of transitioning KPK employees to State Civil Apparatus (ASN) there were 75 people who were declared failed because they did not pass the TWK.
Those who did not qualify included senior investigator Novel Baswedan, Chairman of the KPK Employee Forum who is also investigator Yudi Purnomo, Director of Socialization and Anti-Corruption Campaign Giri Suprapdiono, Head of the KPK Task Force Harun Al-Rasyid as well as a number of other investigators and investigators. This then raises the issue of targeting these employees, especially those who handle high-profile corruption cases.
Furthermore, those who did not pass were deactivated so that they could not carry out their duties as KPK employees. However, the KPK recently said it would fire 51 of their 75 employees who were declared unsuccessful because they could not be trained.
While the rest, as many as 24 employees will be trained first through state defense education and national insight, but they can also be fired if they are declared not to have passed.
