Obama Criticizes Handling Of COVID-19, Trump: He Is Not A Competent President
JAKARTA - Criticism continues to emerge regarding the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States. President Donald Trump is considered incompetent. One of the criticisms also came from the former President of the United States, Barack Obama.
Obama's criticism was conveyed through two videos that were shared on his personal Twitter @ Barackobama on Saturday, May 16. In the first video, Obama focused his speech to congratulate all graduates of the historical black university - HBCU - class of 2020.
"This pandemic has completely overthrown the view that so many people should be responsible, but don't know what they are doing. In fact, many of them are pretending to be responsible," Obama said in his first video.
Congratulations to the HBCU Class of 2020! Michelle and I are so proud of you. As you set out to change the world, we'll be the wind at your back. Can't wait to see what you achieve. https://t.co/PCsjkJJTXi

A few hours later, a second video appeared in the form of congratulating high school graduates of class 2020 who had just graduated. However, just like the first video, Obama also slipped criticism by revealing that most adults with various classy titles had messed up the country irresponsibly.
"Doing what feels comfortable and easy. That's what young children think. Unfortunately, many adults in classy positions and important jobs still think like that. That's why things go awry," he said.
"I hope that in return, you decide to base yourself on enduring values, such as honesty, hard work, responsibility, fairness, generosity and respect for others," he added.
Trump spoke upLaunching the Huffington Post, a day after Obama's speech, US President Donald Trump, who felt his administration was being criticized, then expressed his frustration by calling Obama an incompetent president on Sunday, May 17.
"Look, he (Obama) is an incompetent president. Very incompetent, "Trump said.

In fact, it is not the first time Trump has attacked Obama. Because, during Obama's eight years as president, he always attacked Michelle Obama's husband. To the point, Trump began pushing a conspiracy theory called "Obamagate" by claiming without evidence that Obama had led a coup to sabotage his leadership.
Then, when a reporter from the Washington Post last week asked Trump to explain "Obamagate," Trump refused. "You know what the crime is," Trump said. "The crime is clear to everyone. All you have to do is read the paper, except for yours. You."
