Striking Answers To The Head Of BKN Questions About Pancasila Or The Qur'an At TWK
JAKARTA - Head of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana said the participants of the National Insight Test (TWK) who were asked the question chose Pancasila or the Qur'an from the assessors due to the results of the state moderation index (IMB-68) and poor profiling.
This was conveyed by Bima Haria in response to the controversy over the TWK of KPK employees, which is still ongoing.
"This is actually a tough question. If someone is asked by an assessor to choose the Qur'an or Pancasila then he is in the heavy category," he said in Jakarta, as reported by Antara, Sunday, June 20.
He said the question was used by assessors because the question was most often used by terrorists to recruit potential terrorists.
Thus, the assessors will see the responses of the participants of the national insight test who are asked about choosing Pancasila or the Qur'an.
If someone has a limited understanding of religion or Pancasila, they will quickly answer religion. However, if the participant has a better understanding of religion, he will be confused because in religion there are elements of Pancasila and Pancasila also does not conflict with religion.
"So this confusion is captured by the assessors so that they know which level someone is at," said Bima.
Therefore, Bima emphasized that the question of choosing Pancasila or the Qur'an in the national insight test was not really a matter of Pancasila or religion, but rather to see the responses of the participants.
"It should be noted that what assessors really want to see is the response to the question, not the answer," he said.
