Sad News Due To COVID-19, Author Of Lupus And Saras 008, Gusur Adhikarya Passes Away

JAKARTA - COVID-19 is raging. The victim of the virus from Wuhan brought another sad news to the entertainment world in the country. Friday, June 18, one of the screenwriters for the soap opera Lupus and Saras 008, Gusur Adhikarya, died of COVID-19.

Lupus' friend and writing team, Hilman Hariwijaya announced this via Instagram @thehilmanhariwijaya. "Innalillaahi wa inna ilayhi rooji'uun.. our best friend Gusur Adhikarya died on Friday, June 18, 2021," Hilman wrote, Saturday, June 19.

In the next upload, Hilman reported that his best friend's body had been buried. "The late Gusur was buried at TPU Selapajang, Tangerang at 10 this morning. Photo with Gusur's son: Tegar and Gusur's friends," he wrote.

Besides Hilman, the friend who feels lost is Gol A Gong. He prayed that his final resting place would be given a shining light.

He explained the cause of Gusur Adhikarya's departure. Gusur died due to exposure to Covid-19. "Gusur Adhikarya died. It started with illness, got Covid-19," he wrote on his personal Instagram account.
