JAKARTA - The telecommunication tower company belonging to the Djarum Group, PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk plans to take a corporate action. The issuer codenamed TOWR will acquire shares of PT Solusi Tunas Pratama Tbk which is currently controlled by PT Kharisma Indah Ekaprima.
