Over 4 Hours Of Examination By Komnas HAM, Deputy Chairperson Of The KPK, Nurul Ghufron, Admitted That He Was Asked About The Issue Of The Taliban
JAKARTA - Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nurul Ghufron has provided clarification to the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) regarding the implementation of the National Insight Test (TWK).
One of the questions confirmed by Komnas HAM, he said, was related to the issue of the Taliban within the institution he leads. The issue of the Taliban often blows and becomes a stigma for a number of employees at the KPK.
"One of the Komnas HAM questions is how about the issue of the Taliban," said Ghufron to reporters at the Komnas HAM office, Thursday, June 17.
He said the issue was actually not new, he had even heard of it when he participated in the selection of KPK leaders. However, until now it is unknown and there is no data related to the so-called Taliban.
"I conveyed that from the time we selected the leadership until we entered, the issue was indeed ringing in our ears and because I said it we heard it, but we do not have direct data on who it is," he said.
Previously, Ghufton said that he had conveyed everything regarding the implementation of the TWK. One of them is related to the legal basis for conducting tests for employment status.
In addition, he who came to represent other KPK leaders explained about the implementation of TWK to the inauguration of their employees as ASN based on Perkom Number 1 of 2020. This was conveyed in an examination that was held from 10.30 WIB until around 15.00 WIB.
Furthermore, he stated that the implementation of the TWK was in collaboration with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN). This is also based on the regulations of the commission he mentioned.
"Based on Perkom Number 1 of 2021 article 5 paragraph 4 that the implementation of the national insight test is carried out by the KPK in collaboration with BKN, that is the basis for its implementation," he said.
Ghufron then detailed that the TWK was carried out in March 2021 until he was finally appointed as ASN on June 1, 2021. A total of 1,271 KPK employees have been appointed while 75 KPK employees have not been appointed because they do not meet the TWK requirements.
"So we explained to Komnas HAM regarding legal standing, the legal basis of authority, then regulatory policies, and the implementation of the transfer of KPK employees to ASN which was carried out on June 1, 2021," he said.
