BCA Business Users Complain That They Cannot Access Mobile Banking Services

According to the reply from the @HaloBCA account, it was explained that customers can make transactions through banking services, other than M-Banking. BCA promises to immediately check for disturbances complained by customers.
"We are sorry until now there are still problems with transactions through KlikBCA's business, Mr / Ms and have been followed up to related parties. Please be willing to try periodically," wrote the @HaloBCA account.
In fact, BCA mobile is a BCA banking service that can be accessed via an application on the user's smartphone. With this application, users can check balances, pay bills, and make money transfers.
BCA has also increased the daily transfer limit for KlikBCA Individu, which was originally IDR 100 million per day, increased to IDR 250 million per day per User-ID for transfers between BCA accounts and transfers to other domestic bank accounts. This policy is valid from 27 March 2020 to 31 May 2020.
In addition, BCA customers can still make financial transactions directly at the nearest BCA branch offices with adjustments to operational times in order to anticipate the spread of COVID-19. The operational time of the temporary BCA branch office will start at 08.15 to 14.00 local time.
