Denies Pansos, Lucky Alamsyah Has Evidence To Face Roy Suryo's Report
JAKARTA - The feud between Lucky Alamsyah and Roy Suryo continues. Initially Lucky Alamsyah uploaded the news through his personal Instagram account about a former minister with the initials RS who was suspected of carrying out a hit-and-run in the Cakung District, East Jakarta.
Lucky uploaded a photo of a car suspected of being the perpetrator that hit a person with the initials AA accompanied by a brief description of the incident.
"This is the ex-Minister's car, which hit AA's car and then ran away. The hospital was chased and chased when he entered the parking lot," said Lucky Alamsyah in a statement he uploaded some time ago.
Roy Suryo denied Lucky Alamsyah's accusations. Feeling slandered, he reported Lucky Alamsyah to the Polda Metro Jaya. Apart from being criminal, Roy also threatened to take this matter to the civil realm.
After making the report, Roy Suryo was very active in providing updates on the case. Meanwhile Lucky had no response.
Tuesday, June 15, Lucky Alamsyah finally met reporters through a virtual meeting with his lawyer. He admitted that he was ready to undergo an investigation into the alleged defamation case reported by Roy Suryo.
"(Inspection) Thursday, June 17. We have received a letter of clarification summons, the plan is to start around 10:00 WIB," said Lucky during an online press conference, Tuesday, June 15.
He said he would bring all the evidence that could make the case clear to the investigation team. In addition, Lucky denied the assumption that he was only looking for a stage by accusing the former Minister of Youth and Sports of being the perpetrator of the hit and run.
"I uploaded it just as a form of disappointment, not to ask for attention. That's not my goal," said Lucky.
Lucky Alamsyah also denied the allegations made against him. "Until now I've only been concerned with competence. I believe, I'm not the type of person who likes to seek sensation. I've been in this field for almost 26 years, how can you check my history. Is this social assistance? I'm sure not," he said.
