Riko explained, the location of the nightly entertainment continued to operate in a covert manner despite the ban from the North Sumatran Governor and Medan Mayor.

Riko also said that the narcotics in KTV were deliberately sold to customers offered by the operator. Ecstasy pills are stored in the KTV warehouse which are put in candy bottles. "In KTV pills they sell for Rp. 300 per item to customers. It is offered directly by employees to visitors. From the sales proceeds, we confiscate Rp. 17,200 thousand in cash," he concluded.
