Make it easier for people to make passports, Jaktim Immigration opens Pasporia service at CFD Sudirman tomorrow 

JAKARTA - The East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office will open the Car Free Day Passport (Pasporia) service in the KEIAI Building area, Jalan Jendral Sudirman kav.3, Karet Tengsin, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta, Sunday, August 16, tomorrow.

The service is open from 06.00 WIB until it is completed. This step was taken as an effort to bring immigration services closer to the community.

"The passport service can make it easier for people who have limited time on weekdays to handle passport applications," said Head of the East Jakarta Immigration Office Class I TPI, Pungki Handoyo when confirmed, Saturday, August 15.

Pungki said that people who will carry out passport management at the KEIAI House later, can now start registering through the M-Passport application.

"The types of services provided are, making a new passport, replacing a passport because it has expired and/or a full page," he said.

However, for types of services that are not provided are the replacement of damaged or lost passports and changes to data.

"The passport service will only provide 100 quotas, consisting of 81 for those who have registered through the M-Paspor application and 19 for those who register on a Walk-in basis," he said.

Pungki also appealed to the public who will apply for the Pasporia service to bring supporting documents such as ID cards, KK, Birth Certificate/Diploma or marriage certificate, and old passports for those who have already had a passport when applying for a passport.

"The original and photocopy must be brought. The process of making a passport is completed within 4 working days after the photo," he said.

In addition to passport services on site, continued Pungki, there will be free health check-up services and gymnastics activities.

"His health examination will be served by the officers of the Jakarta Immigration Detention House," he said.
